We have been in the market for a new home ... and are anticipating a move this summer. I work with computers and websites and this site is very impressive. My hats off to the IT Team that designed this site. If as much care and information is put into your work as you do with your website, all I've got to say is you must have one helluva' business. I've seen twenty five to thirty real estate websites thus far but none compare to this in any way, shape or form. I don't know if this will reach the people you work for but I hope it does. It's blown the twenty five to thirty websites I visited right out of the water. Not to sound to crude but it's finally nice to go to a website where they really care.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of the hard work that you have done to help us find a home. We are very excited about making the move to Georgia and you played a very big part in making the process of purchasing a home seem stress free and enjoyable. Since this was our first time buying, we have had (and still do ) many questions and a certain amount of uncertainty about the process. The manor in which you addressed all of our questions and put us at ease by professionally representing our needs has been commendable. I'm not sure if you know this or not but we originally had signed up with USAA Mover's Advantage Program. We are big fans of USAA and do all of our banking, investments, credit card, and insurance with them. It only made sense to us that we would use their relocation program as well. But as it turns out we were grateful that we did not completely rely on USAA and their program. We were drawn to USAA and their program for a variety of reasons. USAA has great customer service and they have never let us down in the past. The thing that I didn't fully realize about their relocation service is, that the agent(s) that they assign, really do not have any ties with USAA. We actually ended up using two different agents that they had assigned to us, and were not satified with either of the agents. I had been under the impression that USAA could somehow provide a certain amount of protection and have leverage over the agents that would help us to get the best service. As it turns out this was not at all the case. The agents that were assigned to us were not special in any sense of the word. Other reasons why I really wanted to use their program was due to the fact that they offer a cash back program (roughly $200 - $1,000) and because I had fully intended to finance our loan through their bank. After doing some shopping around for mortgage rates, I was surprised to find out that the local bank rates were extremely competitive and actually a better deal. The other thing that we discovered was that the local bank was very amiable to work with us and make some concessions regarding the terms of the loan and as a result we decided to accept the offer. The money that we saved by financing with a local bank completely offset USAA's cash back incentive. Looking back on the process it has been quite a learning experience. All of our expectations of using USAA to buy/finance our home have gone unfulfilled. Christiane is a wonderful and caring realtor. She was not out to sell us just anything, she was very determined to sell us something that we would really love. Christiane has been in the real estate business long enough to see things, such as flaws or possible flaws within a house that the normal person would not see and she would bring those flaws to my attention. When we were toying with the idea of buying a house we would pick up the free "homes for sale" magazines and look thru them and dream. We came upon an ad for a house that interested us and decided for curiosity's sake that we would call the realtor that had listed it and get some information on the house. That realtor was Christiane Watley. When she returned our call we told her that we didn't know if we were really serious about buying a home. She was very understanding and not at all pushy. She gave us the information we requested and told us that if we decided to get serious about buying a house she would be more than happy to help us.
